Foreign medical graduates are no longer required to complete another internship in India: High Court of Kerala
The High Court of Kerala stated that the requirement of such medical graduates to undergo CRRI before claiming permanent registration is inconsistent with the requirements of the IMC Act and is therefore invalid and unenforceable.
